Michael Graham is an associate with Figliulo & Silverman. Michael concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, professional malpractice and eminent domain.
Michael graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2003. While in law school, he served on the staff of the University of Chicago Law School Roundtable, was a research assistant for professor Cass Sunstein, and served as vice-president of the Latino Law Students Association. Prior to joining Figliulo & Silverman, Michael held summer positions with the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Chicago law firm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd. During the fall of 2003, Michael was an active volunteer for Barack Obama’s campaign for the United States Senate.
Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, in 1994, and obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1998. He has worked in environmental science research positions for the University of Illinois, the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and the United States Geological Survey.
Michael is a member of the American, Seventh Circuit, Illinois State, and Chicago Bar Associations.
