• Figliulo & Silverman is partnering with another firm to serve as trial counsel on a significant patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets case pending in federal court in New York. The case involves patented and proprietary technology used in the computer industry.
• The firm represents a nationwide provider of medical cost containment and managed care services in putative class actions pending in Illinois state court. The cases include claims that medical bills were allegedly reduced in violation of certain preferred provider agreements.
• The representation of a Big Four accounting firm in an action brought by a bankruptcy trustee alleging accounting malpractice and breach of contract.
  
• The representation of the owners of a prestigious Michigan Avenue property in the multi-million dollar arbitration to determine the value of the property and rent to be paid by the hotel operated on the site.
