• Representing a law firm and an individual partner in a legal malpractice action where plaintiffs alleged a conflict of interest in a series of refinancing transactions caused over $500 million in damages.
• Representing a law firm in complex issues regarding the allocation of insurance coverage in a large environmental insurance case.
• Representing a law firm in third-party contribution claim brought by a law firm that had been sued for legal malpractice by its former client in the main action, where that law firm had attempted to implead its former client’s new attorneys in the third-party action.
• Representing a Big Four accounting firm in connection with a securities class action and related professional malpractice claim brought by a Creditors’ Trust of a bankrupt US subsidy of a German corporation.
